Leads assigned related projects. Plans, organizes, and executes simple to medium-scale projects within proposed time and cost estimates. Formulates detailed plans from general project descriptions. Applies proper and appropriate project management practices and techniques to plan, organize, and administer activities of project(s) assigned. Ensures that appropriate project schedules, task lists, resource assignments, stakeholder communication plan, and other project management documentation are developed, reviewed, and communicated. Monitors actual progress against schedules and takes appropriate action to ensure projects meet schedule and budget performance parameters. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develops a detailed project plan to track and report progress. Performs risk management to minimize project risks. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
