المشاركة في وضع الخطط واعداد الحقائب التدريبية . -البحث والتنسيق عن المدربين والإشراف على تشغيلهم . -المشاركة في إختيار المتدربين ضمن الشروط والمواصفات المطلوبة . -تجهيز قاعات التدريب بجميع مستلزمات التدريب . -البحث عن مؤسسات وشركات لتدريب وتشغيل المشاركين. -متابعة كافة الدورات التدريبية بشكل يومي بالاضافة الى التدريب العملي داخل المؤسسات والشركات . -متابعة مواعيد وتواريخ الدورات التدريبية مع المدربين والمتدربين . -المشاركة في عمل الكتيبات والنشرات الخاصة بالمشروع . -اعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها الى منسق المشروع . -المساهمة في تحضير تقرير نهاية المشروع . -القيام بما يكلف به من أعمال في نطاق عمله .
