2. Monitoring all operations, report and resolve problems that affect quality of the educational process.
3. Designing and review procedures and policies to ensure the flow of the operations.
4. Following up the accurate implementation of policies and procedures.
5. Ensuring that all correspondences and communication channels reflect a high professional image of the school.
6. Supervising and guide administrative staff members and support staff.
7. Participating and cooperate with the Quality Assurance Team members to ensure the consistency of a solid Professional Development Program for the staff members.
8. Facilitating proactive solutions to resolve any operational conflicts.
9. Assuring the reliability and consistency effective communication with all stakeholders.

I started as an Office Manager to The School's Executive Director then got promoted to Administrative Manager.
Alongside the tasks of the Office Manager to the Ex. D. I took over more wide administrative responsibilities.
