After that worked with Authorization for 3years and was responsible for the following: responsible for Prospective Fraud, and all the services related to the Credit Cards.
provided authorization service to customers and merchants. Performed review of Falcon alerts and took fraud control actions to minimize fraud losses for the bank. Also I was responsible for providing emergency assistance for NBK credit card holders’ traveling outside Kuwait.
