Duties:
Recruitment:
•Recruiting on behalf of Bayt.com’s clients across the International and GCC markets by searching for and sharing shortlisted candidates on Bayt’s platform
•Conducting telephonic interviews to filter qualified candidates
•Recruiting sales, recruitment and support personnel for Bayt.com
•Arrange initial interviews for all levels positions.
•Arrange for tests and recruitment assessments
•Owner of the International Applicant Tracking System (ATS, Talentera)
Training:
•Provide technical training to Bayt.com’s clients across the international and GCC markets to ensure their understanding of the platform tools and basic functions
•Provide new Bayt.com’s employees with full introductory and technical training on Bayt’s full range of recruitment products products and services
•Train employees on new services and updated features
•Provide training for junior customer success representatives until prepared and ready
Customer Service:
•Follow up with clients and confirm their satisfaction regarding Bayt’s services
•Promote Bayt.com’s products and services and encourage contracts renewal
•Obtain clients’ testimonials on the services of Bayt.com
•Promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com
