-Define and oversee the implementation of the sales and operational strategies in order to maximize sales and meet dealer and consumer demands in a timely and cost effective manner.
-Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase the quality and quantity of sales.
-Establish strong relationship with the dealers developing a business set-up in the country/city based on the needs, market’s nature and people’s demands.
-In-Store logistics operations, Stock Control, Ordering, Shipments follow up, customs clearance, GOEIC technical testing/E-mark certificates follow up, warehouse management and deliveries to dealers & wholesalers.
-Setting KPIs (department & individual) to develop and grow business, achieving monthly targets, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, parts distribution and setting deals targets, discounts/incentives strategy
-Executive Role: As a member of the management team formulate and implement Aftersales Business Plan (Parts & Service), P & L, Forecasts, Cost Structure, Retail pricing, policies, operational plans that enable achievement of Company’s overall business plans.
-Leadership and Motivation: Manage Sales/Logistics teams, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high quality performance in execution of tasks.
-Analyzing customer satisfaction level per service center and setting action plans for low performing deals, Co-ordinate customer feedback with Call center, inform the dealer’s people of problems and ensure immediate solving for highest level of customer satisfaction.
-Making sure that dealers stock meets sales targets, suggesting dealer’s parts packages & promotional items for dealer’s campaigns.
-Preparing detailed action plans for marketing activities & seasonal campaigns, supporting distributors to achieve objectives from Campaigns by insuring indoor support (ordering, parts delivery, training..etc...)
-To benchmark Nissan's Parts price positioning among competitors in the market & doing price perception market surveys.
-Implementing and quarterly on site assessment of Nissan Dealer Operation Standards for national dealers, measure performance of Nissan Parts dealers and wholesalers in Egypt in areas of parts operation, retail/wholesale sales handling, logistics and warehouse management.
-Implementing Nissan Competitive Advantage Map for the parts department & doing quarterly assessments.
-Doing monthly operational reports to Nissan Motors Limited (Japan), performance reports & presentations to the Top Management Committee & handle dealers reporting.
