• Maintain and update the employees'​ files in the company and HRIS system on a monthly basis
• Issue the employees' experience certificate and HR letters
• Assist in developing HR policies and processes related to the compensation and benefits function
• Ensure all C&B policies and processes are frequently updated and accurately applied
