The phases of the project were as per the following:  Designing the layout and sizing for the warehouse.  Quantifying the storage locations.  Quantifying the loading docks  Determining the type of the material handling equipments.  Arrangements of categories for the finished goods. • Implementation of CMMI project at Estarta Solution: Assign to work in the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) project:  Assists the Project Manager in coordination  Assists the Project Manager in executing the relevant process areas  Assists the project Manager in the Auditing activities.
