Built an independent HSE department, which was created by bifurcating the QHSE department to ensure proper focus on and improvement in HSE performance.
Prepared HSE strategic plan and KPIs to ensure proper implementation of HSE. Conducted detailed risk analysis of all factories of the company, identified 10 major risks, formulated action plans with control measures and defined a scorecard to measure the performance of the responsible person in each area in its implementation.
