• Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
• Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
• Attend to inquiries (leasing, sale, re-sale, property valuation) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service,
• Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
• Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
• Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE (and other) and study factors influencing property market.
• Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential clients, etc...
• Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)
• Achieving and maintaining high conversion rate of sales.
• Completing all sales transactions as per company policy.
• Establishing & maintaining relations with new clients & retention of existing clients.
• Schedule appointments and meeting clients on daily basis.
• Taking client to project site and explain the project as required.
• Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities.
• Representing Danube in Real Estate Exhibitions such as cityscape Dubia/ Jeddha
• Receive customers positively by greeting them and assist them with information on vacant properties available for sale & rent.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
• Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
Identifying and selling luxury residential, retail & commercial properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi Arabia to High Net Worth individuals across the world.
Reporting directly to Sr. Director of Sales
Identifying and appointing agents across the globe and arranging Product training
Regularly updating the agents of the latest developments within DAMAC (new project launches etc.) and the industry to ensure they are abreast of the market
Coordinating with various departments in the Co. to ensure customer satisfaction
Preparing data (Return on Investment) to help prospective investors decide
Business Identification and Penetration-Initiated Corporate Presentations as the market
is fast changing to End-user
Recruiting and building International Agents.
Monitoring agent’ performance, recommending various trainings to motivate sales

- Making sure the monthly targets are met be promoting currently being developed by Al Mazaya
Customer Service Tasks:
• Calling each customer after the sales deal on his/her sales transaction with PC.
• Following up on direct mail campaigns.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Updating the clients on project phases.
• Arranging to send greeting cards to customers during festive seasons.
• Communicating with clients on the new happenings on Mazaya Projects.
• Assuring to deliver the contracts on a timely basis and informing the customers on phases of
development.
• Sending payment reminders, legal, Pre-cancellation & cancellation notices to the clients.
• Co-ordinating with the other departments (legal, engineering, collection) for customer queries.
• Preparing the client contracts.
• Negotiating with clients for their payments, trying to convince them to make payment against
their units.
- Service customer enquiries, determine customer needs and provide solutions with regards to their banking requirements
- Direct meetings with clients to satisfy their needs and wants of the different products
- Manage customer and bank privacy
- Educate clients about the products and follow up
