As my designation suggests, my core responsibility is to looking after the Production affairs, start from the creating the production plan, to execute it and to complete the target on time. I am responsible to report daily to my Plant Head and enter the daily production data in ERP system. Besides these jobs I am coordinating with Internal auditor to develop the HACCP plan and it's yearly revision, SOP's, Process Control Check Lists and preparation for Audit.

* Working as "OFFICER PRODUCITON" in "FMCG division", where Co-Manufacturing of Complan (Heinz) and Nescafe & Powder Drinks of Nestle are doing
Responsibilities:
As production officer my core responsibility is to make production plan and to ensure the smooth production on time, generate PI through ERP system. Besides that, working with internal auditor to develop and review HACCP plan and SOP's for the operations. Evaluate KPI's and Loss/Gain report
* Before transfer to consumer plant I trained and appointed as "OFFICER ANALYST" in "Pharmaceutical Division",
Responsibilities:
Assay evaluation and dissolution tests of the routine products and stability samples, by using HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer and Flame Photometer. Documentation of the tests and getting COA through ERP system.
Syngenta Pakistan (Mar 2010 - Jun 2011)
Worked as "PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR" where dealt with pesticides and crop protection products.
Responsibilities:
To supervise the Batch formulation of different products (EC. SC. & Granular) according to the given SOP's and to ensure the HSE culture throughout the production area. Also the documentation of the daily production, calculate the shift OEE.
I have completed my sixteen years of eduction from University of Karachi, Applied Chemistry as major subject. During that studied about the pure chemistry and chemical engineering subjects includes, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Unit Operation, Unit Process, Material and Energy Balance. In all that I consider myself efficient in Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.
