I'm working here as a material engineer.
in which I ensure the quality of material is according to the specifications of AASHTO and MOT. I perform quality tests for aggregate base course and asphalt wearing course. which includes sieve analysis and extraction test, core cutter, specific gravity, sand equivalent etc. prepare job mix design (BLEND) for base course. I have keen knowledge about the specification and willing to work in the new environment.
I worked there as a part time site supervisor. I was studying at the same time so didn't have enough time to be in a full time job. I have practically use the knowledge I was learning on the same time in the field. I was checking the drawing and was referring the work to the teams accordingly and was checking the work of the labours at the same time if it's as per drawing or not. managed team work etc
