 I was Leading the Team consisting of Designers & CAD draftsman for preparation of Fit for Construction drawings developed directly from the briefs given by the Client, and executing them with the In house Contracting team on a Design & Build basis.

 Coordinating with sub-contractors & their representatives for complete fit out package thereby delivering a high-quality finish as per industry standards.

 I was leading the team for preparation of Shop Drawings (DD & IFC) alongwith co ordinating with the Site Architect for smooth running of the project for Shura Council.
 Involved with preparation of Detailed Design Drawings for Stenden University.
 Led the Team for Concept Design Proposal stage for New Building for Ministry of Foreign Affairs at adjoining Plot of Q-Post, represented the Office for Design meetings with Ashghal who are overseeing the Project with MOFA.
 Led the Team for Concept Design Proposals for High Rise Tower @ Lusail Waterfront.
 Was involved in getting approvals from Al-Rayyan Municipality for Sheikh Jaber Villas.
 Assisted Another Design Team for Wakra & Al Ferjan Parks for Client Ashghal.
 Also assisted for the checking & preparation of Detailed Design Drawings for Private Shipyard for More Marine.

 I was Leading the Team consisting of Designers & CAD draftsman for preparation of Fit for Construction drawings developed directly from the briefs given by the Client, and executing them with the In house Contracting team on a Design & Build basis.

 Coordinating with sub-contractors & their representatives for complete fit out package thereby delivering a high-quality finish as per industry standards.

 Lead a team comprising of Junior Architects, Interior Designers along with AutoCAD draftsman for the preparation of Shop Drawings generated from IFC Drawings & Issue for Construction Drawings (Total Team strength-13 people).

 Checking Shop Drawings, getting Material Approval Sanctions from the Consultant. Attending workshops with Main Contractor & Client to resolve Design issues for speedy implementation of works on site & checking up with site visits for execution.

 Follow up with Site Visits for Design co-ordination with various sub branches of Main contractor to eliminate any work stoppages and thereby achieving the set targets.

 Follow up of Construction & shop drawing approval with Supervision Consultant CEG & Main Contractor JV & attending weekly and daily workshops as & when required.

 Coordination with various sub-contractors and their representatives for complete fit out package execution thereby delivering a high-quality finish as per standards

 Initiation of Preliminary Design from Brief Discussed with Client

 Preparation of Proposal Drawings & Working Drawings, Assisting CAD team for the preparation of shop Drawings.

 Follow up for Municipal Approvals & other bodies necessary for smooth clearance of Project
 Checking Shop Drawings & Material Approval Sanctions
 Follow up with site visits and design co-ordination with concerned representatives to ensure smooth and timely running of the project.
 Follow up of Construction and shop drawing approval with the Main consultant.

 Assisting the Senior Architect in drawing preparation from presentation drawings to concept drawings to good for construction shop drawings, accompanying the senior Architect for Site Inspection and supervision.

 Coordination with Interior and Sales Departments for sample showcase flats and assisting the sales team during client inspections.

 Site Inspection and supervision & follow up of Construction and shop
drawing approval with the Consultant for Inspection and work approval.

 Coordination with other sub related departments for work quality & execution
and weekly progress meeting with Site team & Client and Consultant.

 Assisting CAD team for the preparation of shop Drawings

 Assisting the Sr Architect in drawing preparation, tender documents, Bill of quantities and municipal drawings for approval.

 Overlooking the draftsmen team to check drawings as per the instruction of the Senior Architect.

 Site Inspection with Sr Architect & Design Manager, issuing instructions on site as per their directives.

 Working with a set of experienced licensed contractors on preparation of tender documents, Bill of quantities, quotations.

 Worked with the Senior Manager in assisting and drafting drawings as per his instructions and brief, working alongside the draftsmen team to check drawings as per the instruction of the Senior Manager.

 Dealing with sub-contractors for joinery & metal works, factory inspection to oversee material production as per design brief of Senior Manager.

 Initial Design Development (NMCB), sketches and Conceptual Drawings, Preparation of Working Drawings in accordance with International Building Codes, Preparing Data Reports and Progress charts.
