Takreer is a hydro-skimming refinery with a capacity of 1, 20000 barrels per operating day. The process configuration constitutes of desalting, crude distillation unit

Responsibilities
* Responsible to operate and monitor the smooth operation of all process units/equipments.
* Follow and maintain all operational instruction given by shift supervisor in day-to-day activities and coordinate all emergencies/operational activities with other duty operators.
* Responsible to prepare and monitor chemical injection rate at process.
* Ensure delivery of products samples to the laboratory and ensure availability of results.
* During furnace duty, coordinate with maintenance department for burners cleaning.
* Responsible to continuous monitoring/improvement the emissions & effluents with reference to environment to meet the NEQS.
* Optimize the fuel consumption in furnaces and control heat losses.
* To assist the shift supervisor and participate in start up and shutdown of all process units/ equipment.
* Maintain house keeping at plant area
* Responsibilities Related to HSEQ: * Understand the basis of HSEQ requirements associated with his area.
