Assisted the Technical Lead in mentoring the core technical team of Microsoft Office365 Support including

going through a major IT transformation/ digital transformation.

✓ Single handedly supported migration of mailboxes from Exchange on premise to Exchange Online using
all major migration methods (Hybrid, Staged, Cutover, IMAP & PST)
✓ Resolved issues related to Mail flow, OWA policies, Security, ADFS, Identity Management, AAD Connect
and Synchronization of identities and data.
✓ Technically helped customers in generating custom reports from Office 365 using PowerShell and helped
implementing Multi factor Authentication for Office365.
