• Responsible for install any new component related to NTS system as per standard specification and/or system design provided by the customer.
• Instrumental in installation and configuration of Cisco 2960, 3560, 4506 (Server Farm) & 6509/HP Pro Curve 2610 Switches. Monitored and configured access points through WCL and WCS. Managed VOIP equipments such as ATA and IPT.
• Handled Cisco call managers v5.1 for IPT’s and ATA configuration. Installed and maintained MASTER CLOCK equipment and server.
• Supported CCTV, FIDS, CUTE and Access Control systems. Conducted team meetings on a regular basis and ensured that the department strategic goals & decisions are clearly understood and communicated.
