RESPONSIBILITIES
Seng out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specificaon.
Monitor and report design changes.
Liaising with the site construcon Team and provide assistance when required.
To ensure that all the work is being constructed in accordance with design and contract documents. Carrying out site inspecon Test Requests and record keeping on daily basis.
To prepare accurate Project, monitor progress against the plan, taking correcve acon where required. Regularly visit construcon site-verify progress and monitor the manpower & equipment ulizaon. Resolving technical issues with employer’s representaves, suppliers,
subcontractors and statutory authories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspected Construcon sites to ensure that all quality and safety standards were being met.
Supervision of frame structure buildings.
Supervision of finishing works like Joinery Works, Wardrobes, Office Tables,
Metal Works, Floor Finishes, Painng, Moulding Works, and all types of Ceiling Works.
Supervised and inspected construcon sites to ensure that all work was completed according to applicable building codes and regulaons leading, direcng and monitoring the performance of all site foreman and support staff in the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of all kind of road construcon work such as sub-grade, Agg base coarse and layers as per-approved drawing. Supervision of all kind of road construcon work for box culverts, retaining wall and slope protecon.
Supervision of installaon of curb stone and new jersey barriers in city and urban areas.
Supervision of all kind of concrete works for structural elements.
Review and validate laboratory test reports for various types of backfill and fill materials as per project requirements Reporng of unspecified work to the resident engineer and Issuing of Non confirmaon noces, Site instrucons and Observaon noces upon violaon of specificaons.
Structural work for steel reinforcement, form work and concrete pouring works according to the approved shop drawings and bar bending schedule.
Issuing the non-conformance reports, observaon noces etc. to the sub-contractors for the violaons of work specificaons.
