Development and execution of end-to-end annual event marketing.
campaigns to drive maximum revenues through awards
nominations, awards table sales.
Creation of standardized marketing journeys and control of overall
marketing output per event-type
Project management of the event marketing campaigns, managing
all stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Lead and produce written content for both print and digital
communications (advertising, email campaigns, social media and
PR) liaising with in-house editors and designers for creation of
branding collateral.
Oversee brand event website updates and support the team to
grow the digital footprint of all events.
Manage all external suppliers to work to strict deadlines and within
budget.
Aggressively negotiate best possible rates with all suppliers,
including barter options where applicable
Work with the director of awards and marketing in planning annual
budgets and events KPIs

Responsibilities:
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems;
• Forecast requirements; prepare an event budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement change
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
• Managing multiple person project teams and subcontractors.
• Event production research & planning Researching & sourcing of creative solutions, technical solutions, venues, event management methods, F&B solutions, entertainment & design.
• Obtaining full understanding of client brief, brand, objectives, message and future opportunity.
• Event operation planning & management. Site inspections and on site event management.
• F&B planning, client consultation & organization.
• Liaison and co-ordination on a daily basis with suppliers to deliver projects.
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
