o Following up of all the customer requirements and deliverables at the required time.
o Producing monthly / Weekly/ Daily plans for team members covering the required tasks.
o Updating the line Manager on daily activities.
o Ensuring the timely generation of inbound and outbound documentation and its delivery to the operations team
o Reviewing physical documents (Advance Shipping Notification, Shipment Order and Receipt Confirmation reports etc.) generated by Client Service Representative
o Tender documentation & preparation
o Reviewing reports and KPIs
o Coordination with Operations / Transport Coordinators to clarify client queries in the absence of CSR
o Coordination with the Inventory Control Team on matters of system and operational discrepancies and stock replenishments
o Conducting the customer satisfaction survey and rate accordingly. Escalate the poor rating customer issues to line manager
o Meeting periodically with the clients to ensure the satisfaction level.
