- Support the Protection teams in liaison and coordination with the supply chain and finance departments including management of purchase requests (PRs), payments and follow-ups on advances and liquidations.
- Support with translation and drafting of protection monitoring field findings and recommendations.
- Oversee the protection cash cases in close collaboration with the IRC Syria Economic Recovery and Development team to identify individuals in need of monetary support to meet protection needs.
- Support the emergency field and humanitarian access team in the contingency planning and closure reports for the south of Syria along with preparing incident and loss reports.
- Support in the management of internal program audits that include ensuring program-specific checklists/SOPs are fully executed and deliverables are reached as well as internal review of adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and programmatic guidelines.

Conduct face-to-face interviews with refugees.
- Draft applicants’ stories in English in a timely manner and on a daily basis.
- Accurately record and relay data regarding resettlement cases, including biographical data, resettlement
preferences and other sensitive information.
- Prepare and submit statistical data to relevant Supervisor(s) on a daily basis. Assist in various administrative
tasks including but not limited to: research, locating files, data entry, and case analysis.
- In coordination with supervisors, organize and schedule refugee appointments, including, if assigned,
creating schedules in WRAPS or another database, entering schedule data, updating schedules, overseeing
the issuance of notifications and confirmation of appointments, arranging interpretation services and
assisting with circuit ride logistics.
- In relation to the adjudication of refugee case files, as assigned, assist supervisors in supporting USCIS
officers, conduct briefings for refugee applicants, ensuring accurate information is shared regarding
timelines, fraud, malfeasance and case processing, and, support and notify refugees of results.
- Perform duties including interpretation and translation, in both Arabic and English.
- Travel to different countries where RSC is operated and cooperate conducting their case management
duties. (Egypt, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Tunisia, Algeria, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Morocco).
- Participate in emergency calls and refugee migration surges (The Surge Operation / KASOTC 2016, Surge
Operation Cairo 2016).
- Participate in trainings and workshops conducted by sister agencies.
- Receive and respond to refugee inquiries at numerous stages of the resettlement process.
- Conduct quality control checks on a routine basis to ensure SOP adherence and the quality of case files.
- Train other Case Management team members as needed to efficiently and effectively manage refugee case
files, conduct full refugee interviews, organize and schedule refugee appointments and update WRAPS.
