Head of support department for Dubai Technologies which is an IT based company.
In charge of all the activities of a support team which includes handling inbound customer calls and customer emails.
Managed the team to provide an excellent customer service.
Training customers to use IT products developed by Dubai Technologies.

Managed all the responsibilities including roster creation, monthly/weekly/daily reports presentation, job/task assignments etc.

Handle inbound customer inquiries in the most effective manner and provide timely resolution for two different campaigns (Indian Passport and Visa Service, Empost Courier Service).

Handle Priority escalations and provide customer with the most practical solution possible.

TATA Indicom prepaid products, helping the customers by providing correct solutions to solve their problems faced while using TATA Indicom
products.
Training students on Office Automation(Ms-Office and other basics), Java, C, C++, Operating systems, etc.....Worked almost two years in two different periods,
In between went for hardware training and job for one year.
Handling computer hardware operations including System Assembling, Installation, maintenance........etc
