Handle inbound customer inquiries in the most effective manner and provide timely resolution for two different campaigns (Indian Passport and Visa Service, Empost Courier Service).

Handle Priority escalations and provide customer with the most practical solution possible.
Co-ordinate with internal department in case of an Emergency and to follow up for their response.

TATA Indicom prepaid products, helping the customers by providing correct solutions to solve their problems faced while using TATA Indicom
products.

Training students on Office Automation(Ms-Office and other basics), Java, C, C++, Operating systems, etc.....Worked almost two years in two different periods,
In between went for hardware training and job for one year.

Handling computer hardware operations including System Assembling, Installation, maintenance........etc
