• Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects.
• Together with the design director develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
• Together with the design director assist with planning the project and junior designer work flow.
• Monitor train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
• Ensure junior designers and adherence to corporate policy.
• Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer.
Reporting to the Head of the department I am leading a team of junior architects & cad operators . Handling projects from concept design to completion. Developing concepts & presentations, meeting clients, detailed design and documentation, review of documents and material submittals, Construction documentation etc.

Responsible for Interior space planning, detailing and preparing presentation for clients
Responsible for preparing working drawings with technical specifications and ensuring construction documentation during project execution
Review of shop drawings and technical submittals
Bachelor degree in Architecture from College of Engineering Trivandrum Kerala, one of the prestigious technical instituion of the region.
