• In charge of interior finishes for the Dhaka project that is currently being built, Glenrich International School (https://glenrich.edu.bd/).
• Coordination with the site supervisors and all trades engineers. This includes providing the necessary shop drawings and construction drawings to ensure uninterrupted construction and meeting deadlines.
• Monitoring and analyzing day-to-day work requirements, as well as providing necessary solutions to ensure unhindered progress on-site and in procurement. Coordination with vendors to ensure quality, design aspects, and delivery timelines are met, as well as providing necessary technical solutions.
• Reporting to the PM for additional initiative and planning.
• Responsible for all 5 and 3-star hotel refurbishment projects, including Radisson Blu and Radisson in three locations: Colombo, Kandy, and Galle.
• Coordination with the Radisson Project team, the architect, the consultant, and an international stakeholder. Radisson guidelines are being followed when it comes to design and brand standards.
• Monitoring and analyzing day-to-day work requirements, as well as providing necessary solutions to ensure unhindered progress on-site and in procurement. Project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control are all included.
• The same will be reported to the Chairman for further initiative and planning.
• Responsible for all tender, walk-in clients, referral client's projects related to retail and commercial interiors.
• Preparing bill of quantities, material procurement, site execution, design development, close coordination with clients, consultants, Airport and mall management.
• Project planning, vendor management, value engineering, health and safety were major task of my portfolio.
• Completing projects before the deadline with quality as a high priority.
• Reporting to the General Manager.
• Lush, Samsung, Al Wazaan Jewellery, Pasta Express, La Venotica, BMMI Outlet, Theatro Pub Park Regus, STC, BBK, Eskan Bank, Zain in NBIA, Embassy of India, and other major projects have been completed.
• Project management, execution, and implementation of design aspects for three-star hospitality projects in Colombo and Kandy (ONYX Hospitality).
• Coordination with the client, architect, consultant, and international stakeholder to ensure a successful project completion.

• Responsible for carrying out all duties related to overall project progress, such as project management, client meetings, initiation, planning, execution, scheduling, and material purchasing, in order to complete the project on time.
• In charge of architecture, interior design, and development. Maintaining quality standards while also being in charge of monitoring and shift work arrangements.
• To study all tender documents, prepare the bill of quantities, obtain quotations, and price tenders for Interior Decoration and Fit-out works.
• To study construction drawings and retain overall responsibility for constructing the works in accordance with the drawings.
• To organize the interior construction of the site and to observe all site safety issues.
• Major projects completed STC call center, STC- 5 story headquarters, BISB, Le Chocolat, Café Ceramic, Shawarma Express-BCC, Burger King-BCC, and other businesses.
• Responsible for carrying out all duties relating to overall production management Responsible for product designing, development, production planning, scheduling, material requisition as per work order specifications.
• Responsible for quality standards and production targets and also responsible for monitoring and shift work arrangements.
• Planning and scheduling production for the work orders received in consultation with the administrative manager and production and technical staff with due consideration for priority orders.
• Setting production targets in consultation with the factory manager and the sales/ marketing managers to optimize the utilization of available factory capacity and to meet market demand.
• Interior design and construction for commercial and VIP spaces. Building, Residential Building Interiors, and Interior Works of Ministries.
• As per requirement of Client, preparing Auto CAD Drafted Design/ 3Ds Max Design, with alternative proposals.
• Preparing bill of quantities for the same.
• Getting final approval from the client or consultants.
• Coordination and site supervision for major projects.
• Guiding clients for selecting finishing materials like ceramic tiles, marble tiles, designed flooring, paints, faux painting, false ceiling materials, sanitary wares, and other external and internal materials as per client's requirements.
