• Responsible for all 5 and 3-star hotel refurbishment projects, including Radisson Blu and Radisson in three locations: Colombo, Kandy, and Galle.
• Coordination with the Radisson Project team, the architect, the consultant, and an international stakeholder. Radisson guidelines are being followed when it comes to design and brand standards.
• Monitoring and analyzing day-to-day work requirements, as well as providing necessary solutions to ensure unhindered progress on-site and in procurement. Project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control are all included.
