Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer Auto Line
• Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
• Able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
• Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
• Ability to advise customers on the required vital jobs..
• Should have flair for Selling Value added Services, Service Contracts and accessories.
• Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.
• Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
• Raise Warranty approvals
• Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.
• Prepare Invoices on auto line and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.
• Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.
• Regularly monitor orders and ensure timely billing.
• Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities: Service Appointments
• Coordinate with Reception for getting the list of appointments taken for the next day by the close of each working day.
Personal Reception
• Greet the customer courteously.
• Offer Joint Inspection of the vehicle on the Reception Hoist. If agreed, go ahead, or if not, perform a vehicle walk around for visible indications of any additional repair requirements.
• Advise the customer to remove any valuable personal belongings from the vehicle.
• Place protective material in the vehicle.
• Record any damage to the vehicle in the VIR and get signature of the customer.
Job Card Preparation
• Record all customer concerns properly in the Job Card.
• Agree on Delivery Time and record the same in the Job Card.
• Verify Warranty Status.
Workshop Coordination
• Place the Job Card on the Planning Board.
• Coordinate with Team Leader to achieve On Time Delivery.
• Obtain Customer Approvals on the Repair Estimates promptly.
• Advise customer in case of unexpected delays in repairs.
Pre-delivery Inspection
• Inspect the vehicle after the repairs to confirm that the job has been done as specified in the Job Card.
Perfect Delivery
• Explain the jobs done on the vehicle as required, and hand over the vehicle to the customer.
