• Handling joining process and induction for the new joiners, issuing offer letters and sharing welcome emails.
• New joiner induction & assisting them with other formalities post on boarding
• Maintaining Database of Employees
• Maintaining Filing of Employees.
• Handling Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Portal UltiPro.
• Responsible for Sending mail to Payroll department about New joiner Salary details.
• Employee Engagement activities like - Birthday Celebration, Womens day celebrations, Christmas Celebrations, Reward & Recognition activities.
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
• Intake meeting with hiring managers to understand the requirements better.
• Leadership hiring as well as front-line hiring
• Screening, Sourcing via diverse channels to maintain healthy sourcing mix
• Negotiating with candidates.
• Coordinating with the Technical Panel for all positions and closing the positions as per the deadline.
• Initial Screening of the candidates and scheduling of Interviews with the Technical panel.
• Preparing and maintaining reports related to recruitment (Interviews conducted /Re-scheduling/ Short Listed Candidates / Rejected Candidates with reasons).
• Post offers follow up with the candidates and maintenance of good relations till they join in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sourcing of Candidates for various IT through Jobsites, Headhunting, Referencing etc.
• Liaise with Vertical heads and Delivery Managers to understand the demand and for planning the future recruitments.
• Coordinating with the Technical Panel for all positions and closing the positions as per the deadline.
• Initial Screening of the candidates and scheduling of Interviews with the Technical panel.
• Constant follow - up with the technical panel and people managers for Feedback on Scheduled candidates.
• Preparing and maintaining reports related to recruitment (Interviews conducted /Re-scheduling/ Short Listed Candidates / Rejected Candidates with reasons).
• Offer generation and salary negotiation.
• Post offers follow up with the candidates and maintenance of good relations till they join in.
• Envisage and Lead many hiring assignments at the global level; Niche, Bulk Hiring, Project hiring, staffing & leadership hiring.
• Arranging general Walk-ins, scheduled Walk-ins.
• Maintaining confidential personal files of the employees.
• Bank account opening, ID card coordination, maintaining of official records.
