Build the data warehouse for Hutch India a leading telecommunication service provider of India. The Hutch Enterprise Data Warehouse (HEDW) is a unified view of entire business to enable management to take strategic decisions in the highly competitive telecom market of India. HEDW included Billing system (BSCS), CRS, CRM, MCDR (Mediated Call Detailed Record) and RCDR (Rated Call Detailed Record).
Rose from senior software engineer to a Project Leader (with a team size of 15) Scheduling and tracking for all the work packages, chairing various conference calls/Meetings, to track project status and management reviews within the project. Risk management, SQA.
• Ensured support including handling faults raised by users and carrying out various proactive maintenance activities, to minimize fault.
• Liaison with the customers for requirement clarifications and act as a central coordination point for various activities

EDW for MTC Vodafone - Kuwait Data is being extracted from MTC Source Systems (e.g. Billing, Customer care, ERP systems, Mediation, and others), transformed as per a set of business rules and validation rules and loaded into the data warehouse of ACS-BI product
Fastlink - Jordan Mobile Telephone Services- A major Wireless Service Provider in Jordan. Core features of the product included-Customer segmentation, Customer scoring, Product analysis, Sales analysis, CDR analysis, Financial analysis, Churn Analysis, Network analysis.
