I was responsible for providing a warm and welcoming service to guests. I screened visa applications and arranged tours. I worked with suppliers to make sure itineraries, accommodation, transport, and activities are in order. I also addressed customer inquiries and concerns. As a tour executive I assisted around 100 guests per day, receiving excellent feedback from 9 out of 10 guests. On average, the tours and reservations I handled represented USD10K sales for the company.
IISI organizes personal development seminars for professionals. It has branches in the US, Asia, Europe, and Australia. I started with the company as a workshop assistant when I was 18 years old. In 17 years I rose to become an instructor and senior sales and marketing executive as well as a admin officer. My chief KPI was the number of students per workshop. I usually succeed to bring in half of the participants through telemarketing and emailing. I was also responsible for creating media exposure for the seminars.
