My responsibilities includes the following:

1. Answering customer calls with their queries about product and services in the company.
2. Assisting the customer to file a complaint for their mis-sold insurance.
3. Opens customer's complaint file by recording account information and what have discussed.
4. Escalating the customer's concern to the relevant department to expedite the process.
5. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

2. Prepares monthly collection reports.
3. Prepares mid-year and year end bonus of all the employees.
4. Maintains the custody of petty cash fund.
5. Assists in tellering function during peak collection days and whenever the cashier is out.
6. Deposits of daily collection to the bank.
7. Makes disbursement from the petty cash fund and prepares petty cash replenishment form.
8. Posting the corresponding salary deductions of all employees to its individual ledger.
9. Posting of disbursement and loans to the peach-tree.
10. Computing loans and all other Coop concerns.
