• Ensuring that all Project Correspondence are log and available in the server
• Ensuring that standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests, and all product are as per issued approved shop drawings
• Liaising with third party testing laboratory for material test reports
• Day to day site visit to check the progress and status of the project
• Handling Project Petty Cash, monitoring receipts and preparing expenses report prior to reconciliation with accounts department
• Receiving of Spare Parts Delivery and maintaining All Metro Sub - Systems Spare parts Delivery record and Spread Sheets by verifying inventory levels.
• Attending to daily request of Metro Sub-Systems maintenance personnel on Material Request/Issuance and coordination of delivery schedule.
• Reconciling Purchase orders, Delivery note with invoices by coordinating with procurement and Account department. Organizing and maintaining spare parts, supplies and material inventory through proper labeling and assigning location code for proper storage.
• Reconciling inventory levels through utilization of Summary of sign out sheets, Material Request Issuance, and Spread Sheets of Spare Parts.
• Coordination and collaboration of Delivery Schedule with Supplier and shipping company.
• Assisting System Integration managers in planning/scheduling of Spare parts Hand over Inspection to Qatar Rail and RKH/SMC.
• Updating of Spread Sheet of Spare Parts (location Coding, making of Labels and QR Codes)
• Preparing and updating of Work Progress Report based on Hand over Inspection result.
• Coordination of Spare Parts hand over and Inspection for Acceptance of all Metro Sub - Systems.
• Supervising warehouse personnel and leading in completion of daily task activities.
