-Assist in the recruitment process by posting vacancies internally and externally, screening CVs, shortlisting eligible candidates, conducting phone interviews, setting interviews, conducting reference checks, sending rejection letters, and drafting job offers to ensure an efficient & fast recruitment process.
- Conduct competency based interviews for entry and junior roles.
- Follow up on the probationary evaluation form in order to make sure that all new hires are subject to this evaluation.
- Draft new and update existing job descriptions and develop organizational charts for all departments at HOLDAL.
- Assist the requester in designing on-the-job assessment tools in order to identify the right talent and increase the quality of the candidates that move through the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Manager to prepare and develop special reports, organizational charts, and files for all logistics and pharmaceutical employees as per the relevant Audit standards.
- Co-attend, with the Recruitment Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager, the audit sessions to answer queries about talent acquisition and retention unit.
- Ensure a successful internship experience by co-planning with the Recruitment Specialist and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Produce analytical and/or descriptive end of season internship report.
- Prepare, control, and validate monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly salaries, allowances, and benefits.
- Ensure HRIS payroll & personnel modules are in accordance to HOLDAL requirements, social security and MOF regulations.
- Oversee the update of employee records on HRIS in case of new joiners, leavers, or any change in employee status.
- Supervise submission of necessary monthly NSSF and MOF reports.
- Conduct the annual NSSF report and quarterly and annual MOF reports.
- Control the declaration of income tax and make sure legal standards are being met with Finance and tax experts.
