• Preparing the offer letter for new recruits.
• Collecting the required documents for Visa and labour card processing on new recruits.
• Coordinating with the PRO for New visa processing.
• Preparing the salary certificate at the request of the required staffs to submit to the banks to open an account or for applying the credit cards.
• Attending the bank calls for employment verification.
• Preparing the LPO.
• Arranging for Payments to the Suppliers.
• Maintaining customer relationships and follow ups of payment.
• Supporting sales team to achieve their monthly targets by giving them the leads.
• Coordinating with production team for artwork.
• Preparation of monthly and daily sales report of magazine and directory.
• Generating, maintaining and updating databases for company affairs.
• Being a part of exhibition related to paper industry like Paper Arabia, SIM, and the exhibitions related to print industry.
• Attend to telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
