 Prepares legal documents, including briefs, contracts, agreements, pleadings and appeals and files pleadings with court clerk, if required.
 Advise on and keep abreast of the regional laws KSA, particular with regard to sorts of laws and labor law matters pertaining to the business Group as well as international best practice in relation thereto.
 Assess the strength and weaknesses of cases prior to litigation and assist with the follow up work related to such cases and implementation of litigation strategies.
 Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
 Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
 Investigating complaints received regarding possible violations of laws or regulations.
 Assisting with the development of policies and procedures designed to improve compliance
 Work with other support services groups to ensure that the company is aware of, and in compliance with, changes to laws and legislation.
 Support and help design, deliver the compliance program.
