Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage monthly general ledger posting & closing entries.
• Passing necessary journal entries to make system more accountable.
• Monitoring and verifying the accounts on daily and monthly basis.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation, ensuring that the accounting policies and norms are in compatible with double entry standards.
• Preparation of consolidated statement for all accounting & financial aspects.
• Responsible for preparing cash, bank and journal vouchers.
• Maintaining the books of accounts and correspondence with Banks.
• Preparation and review of accruals.
• Monitoring receivables, payables and cash management.
• Ensure that the accounting policies and procedures are implemented in compliance with the overall policies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
• Handling Petty Cash and review trial balance.
• Preparation of monthly amortization schedule.
• Preparation of Value Added Tax (VAT) to be uploaded in (FTA) Portal.
• Preparation of Depreciation Schedule for Fixed Assets.
• Financial Statement Preparation and supporting schedules (monthly & yearly basis).
