Responsible for the overall safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Chiller Plant and Facility which includes, all air handling unit, package type air conditioning units, fan coil unit and split type unit and all window type a/c.
planning all new installation a/c units . Responsible also for hiring, motivating, training, promoting, assessing and dismissal of the staff under my supervision.
This includes locals and expats. Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Operations and Maintenance. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established for the position.•

Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on process & packaging equipment with minimal guidance.
Possess a fundamental understanding of Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematics and Mechanical.
Drawings to solve problems promptly at the component level on all assigned equipment; i.e. sorting systems and palletising robots.
Possess PLC/Instrumentation troubleshooting skills.
Possess an advanced understanding of AC/AC Electrical (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematics and Mechanical Drawings to solve problems on time.
Able to troubleshoot AC/DC Electrical components (up to 480VAC 3 Phase) including motor starters, switches and sensors found on all assigned equipment using essential test equipment such as multi-meters and amp probes.
