• Provide design, maintenance and support on all AV/IT systems for newly build/acquired Luxury Yacht/Floating Villa.
• Can work independently on AV/IT Systems.
• Configuring and maintaining Cisco Switches and routers.

Respond to daily support tasks related to IT systems onboard LK vessels. This either by email, remote support or visits
onboard the vessels.
• Train crew in use of IT systems and software, both in Manila office and onboard vessels.
• Daily monitoring of business critical IT software (system logs, replication status, antivirus systems, etc.).
• Coordinate vessel visits for external technicians.
• Participate in developing the systems onboard.
• Setting up communication workstation to be use via VSAT, FBB, Fleet 77 and Iridium phones
Perform international travel to vessels for technical troubleshooting as and when needed globally
• To resolve or provide workaround solution to vessels request and incidents
• Ensure services are delivered according to Lauritzen Kosan principles and guidance
• Ensure that the IS & IT functionalities onboard vessels are able to support the business processes and recommend
changes or additional modules/ tools as required, achieving this, within Business & IT guidelines
• Prepare relevant documentation for the system and equipment onboard.
• Prepare IT Manual (installation and settings) for Vessels when needed
• Conduct IT briefing to the joining officers e.g Captain, Chief Engineer
• Support LK Manila Office being the lone IT personnel.
Responsible for Management of IT Department being the only IT person.
• Provide complete IT support, including planning, network design, software and hardware configuration, user training
and help desk services to users.
• Provides recommendations on what kind of computers should be purchased
• Installs or upgrades computer and peripherals
• Monitor status of all communication equipment and ensure prompt repairs
• Prepare communication agreements, maintain and update records pertaining to all mobile phone units
• Design and conduct training on in-house IT software/hardware programs and related peripherals
• Ensures security of all IT related matters

Coordinates with computer equipment suppliers to get the best deals and relations.
• Analyze, log, track and complex software and hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity
issues, printer, server, and application to meet business needs.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades to ensure work is performed in accordance with company
policy. Recommends resolutions to complex matters of significance and coordinate the implementation of the approved
course of action.

appropriate operating procedures.
