URPM Trunk roads 270 km in lenght and at 4 different locations in remote areas throughout the country.

I worked my way up into this position over the years and operated in various position before I assumed the position as project manager.....as project manager I was responsible for selecting the right team to perform the works in a safe, timely and quality fashion and within budget. Dealing with the client(s) and various contractors. Monthly reporting on performance and cost.
Worked for Ballast all over the world on 6 continents...
Construction of the longest continous bridge by means of pre-cast elements weighing up to as much as 8500 ton.
Special techniques and equipment were designed / developed and built to ascertain maximum safety, production, progress and contingency on & offshore during the summer and winter seasons.
Worked my way up the ladder before becoming a project manager.....Setting up new project site, dealing with local and international contractors and clients.....monthly reporting on Safety, Performance and Cost....
