● Revamped whole Esaraha Feedback System.
● Implemented Esaraha Online Webportal Feedback System (Laravel as main platform used).

Revamped websites with features using Laravel (PHP Platform) and VUE JS as Single Page Application approach. Currently I have been expanding my skills on NodeJs. Converted Wordpress websites to Laravel and Bulma for easier customization. Managed hosting server using CPanel and WHM. I have experience on GIT for easy deployment and versioning control. Used MySQL as database and has previous experience using MongoDB.
Associate Core Systems Support
● Maintain and Monitor Qualfon’s systems (VOIP, Webservers, Network, etc.) through an interface which is CA Systems APM Webview.
● Interpret data from CA Systems APM Webview on which servers are in poor condition or has congested network and implement the best course of action.

● Setup and maintain call center system using Vicidial (server hosted remotely or locally)
● Optimized the call center system by using a multi-server Setup.
o One Asterisk (handles the calls) Server, one webserver (handles the web GUI for the agents) and one database server.
o Configured the database server with 2 Solid State Drives as raid 1.
