Reporting directly to the General Manager:
- Development, continual improvement and implementation of a project and change management policy, associated processes, templates and online sites
- Lead significant projects across multiple locations for the group. Including:
• Define and manage the project scope and obtain appropriate approvals
• Facilitate internal workshops with teams, system owners and external vendors
• Assess detailed project requirements with the teams affected by the changes
• Develop and manage the project schedule & project communications
• Represent IOOF at Industry working groups,
- Facilitate overall business strategy & project prioritisation with the executive management group
- Recommend and drive system, product and workflow efficiencies
- Lead, coach and mentor the team of project managers across the IOOF group.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer and the General Manager:
- Development & implementation of a project and change management policy, associated processes, templates and online intranet sites
- Development and delivery of training programs for project managers and project teams, including AGILE and PMI standards
- Leadership of the IT business systems teams across multiple locations that included:
• Perform IT system owner role of key business systems & applications
• Management of all projects relevant to the business systems & applications
• Design & delivery of workflow efficiencies
• Improved engagement & service delivery to business partners
• Introduction of a problem management system
• Improved vendor relationships into business partnerships improving timeliness & quality of project and service delivery
• Development of streamlining systems for project Management teams, nationally
• Restructure of the Business Systems support teams

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO - Fund Services:
- Design & implementation of a project and change management framework through Australasia and European fund services teams, linking to the New York head office.
- Facilitate project prioritisation with global and local governance committees
- Project manager for key projects across Australasia and European fund services teams.
- Improved IT system and associated business workflow efficiencies to capture and deliver content more efficiently to internal/external clients.
- Member of the Executive Fund Services Leadership Committee in Australia

- Improvements to the fund rating process that involved the management of the design, development and implementation of new technology solutions and associated workflow for the rating analyst teams across Australia & Europe.

- Established locally accepted PM practices using globally recognised standards
- Key and active participant on industry standards group, working with government regulator and legal teams to implement new regulatory standards for financial advice.
- Lodgement of Research & Development benefit claims under AusIndustry initiative realising a $6m tax credit
- Undertook training to fill the Compliance Officer and Company Secretary role, required of the company.
- Managed the roll out of the compliance framework in line with the new government regulations.
Reporting to both the CEO and CFO:
- Key and active participant on industry standards group, designing effective data transfer standards approved by the government regulator.
- Design & introduction of electronic data transfer systems and processes from Fund Managers. Closely working with industry bodies and groups to agree and facilitate the acceptance of new industry standards.
- Management of the Data team, including the collation, calculation and QA process of all fund data from Fund Managers and Custodians.
- Successful relocation program over 2 years of Data Operations centre, including; cost benefit analysis, approval process, establish new team, processes and technology, management of knowledge transfer & training, staff redundancies, technology platform transfers & data migration, internal and external communications.
Act as the Liaison between the IT department and the functional business units of Morningstar.
