Major Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Planning Engineer, responsible for preparation and submission of Overall Project Baseline Program
and accountable for the monitoring and Control of the Project. Further review and monitoring of Subcontractors
Schedule covering various Discipline works including Mechanical Equipment’s, Piping, Electrical Works, Civil &
Structural Steel, Fire Fighting & HVAC Works and liaising Coordination among all
Key Accomplishments:
* Prepared micro detailed schedule for Delayed Areas for better monitoring and control
* Arranged for Site Coordination meetings to avoid interruptions among various packages
In-charge as Turnaround
In-charge for Operation & maintenance of 13 MW captive power plant including heat recovery systems.
* Responsible for carrying out planning, overhaul on HFO based medium speed engines.
* Corrective & Preventive maintenance of engine auxiliaries like pumps, reciprocating compressors,
centrifuges, fin fan coolers, heat exchangers, WHR boilers, and refrigeration machines
In-charge for Project planning of Piping & Equipment erection in WIP project worth approx. US $ 3 Million.
* Preparation and tracking of project plan on Primavera.
