Responsibilities include Sales Support, project scope, cloud architecture, management of delivery resources and managed service
support teams, deployment and skill readiness for teams.
Provide guidance in terms of best practices for various components of Azure, Understand the reference frameworks of Optimum related
to Azure and guide teams by defining architectural standards, blueprints and best practices.
Deep dive into client's business scenarios, understanding requirements and constraints and use them to create value-based proposals,
technical presentation, serving as a trusted technical advisor to convert the requirement into a deliverable technical solution.
Interact with Public cloud providers and vendors for designing the to-be architecture for clients based on their current environment and
future growth prediction and implementing the solution.
Lead Cloud practices technical delivery teams, project leads and contractors/vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and document insights, recommend solutions to meet business objectives through cloud architecture, adoption plans, and
technical feasibility plans.
Pursuit activities with the Sales Team including solution conceptualization, project and implementation sizing, writing Technical Proposal,
responding to RFPs and obtaining client signature and support.
Work closely with public cloud and managed service providers to deliver the projects requested from client's business units and
customers
Deep dive into client's business scenarios, understanding requirements and constraints, serving as a trusted technical advisor to convert
the requirement into a deliverable technical solution.
Lead and support client's delivery team and engineers providing guidance and support. Ensure a smooth handover to operations teams or
managed services teams after successful completion of the projects.
Ensure proposed cloud solutions are highly available and resilient, meeting compliance, security, SLA, and RPO/RTO requirements.
Managing cloud project timelines and coordinating with client's teams to achieve milestones. Participate in Scrum meetings, and interact
with various stakeholders
Provide management, consulting and technical expertise to customer engagements with a special focus on Digital Transformation. Work closely with partners to manage programs, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practice expertise.
Act as solution consultant for a wide range of use-cases / buisness requirements from IaaS, PaaS, IoT, Blockchain, Big Data & AI/ML etc under the Smart City BU.
Act as the single point of contact for the solution delivery and High Level Designs
Interact with Partners and OEMs for designing the to-be architecture for clients based on their business requirement. Help both private and public entities with future growth prediction and Solution Implementation.
Represents the company as a technical expert with customers; shares knowledge in area of expertise, advances opportunities through the use of effective consultative techniques.
Work with channel partners, systems integrators and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
Solution Responsible and Subject Matter Expert to build customer proposal, including time, effort and cost estimations, solution descriptions, HLD, technical assumptions, etc.
Act as a strategic leader for high-risk complex solutions throughout its life cycle from discovery to handover to implementation including qualification, strategizing, and planning, consulting, presenting & building customer solution.
Provide subject matter expertise for prospects, partners and strategic business alliances.
Commercially responsible for bespoke solutions based on emerging technologies like IoT, Big Data, Cloud etc.
Lead Consultant for Cloud projects across the Middle East Region
Design and Present Private/Public Cloud Architecture solutions to the customer for both On-Premise and Managed Collocation eco-systems.
Participating in solution configurations/ overall architecture design and the creation and positioning of PoCs to meet customer requirements
High Level Design Documents and Low-Level Design Documents, as built and SOP. Designing and Developing IaaS and PaaS solutions
Architecting and Designing Cloud solutions and Applications on highly secured environments.
