Set and achieve personal sales goals whilst supporting the goals of the team;
* Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner;
* Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer’s preferences and needs;
* Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products;
* Build lasting relationships with customers by suggesting new products, and invite them to upcoming events
and promotions;
* Consistently seek trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for customers;
* Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price
markdowns, merchandise transfers, and display area cleaning;
* Utilized, maintained, and conducted inventory of supplies and products;
* Responded to guest inquiries and requests, and resolved service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient
manner;
* Attend trainings and seminars and achieve the highest level of product knowledge.
Evaluate clients’ skin condition and appearance;
* Discuss available treatments and determine which products will improve clients’ skin quality;
* Operates various kinds of machine for aesthetic needs such as:
a) Diode Laser Hair Removal
b) Radio Frequency Machine
c) Slimmings and Firming Machine
d) Electro Caurety
e) Diamond Peel Micro Dermabration
f) Galvanic and High Frecuency Facial Machine
* Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose;
* Recommend skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams;
* Teach and advise clients on how to apply makeup and how to take care of their skin;
* Refer clients to another skincare specialist, such as a dermatologist, for serious skin problems;
* Disinfect equipment and clean work areas.
Aesthetician
* Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services;
* Perform Facial, Diamond Peel, Cauterization and other procedures for skin and body treatment;
* Upsell lotions, creams and other skin care products;
* Receive phone calls for client appointments and queries;
* Assign to monitor supply deliveries and inventory;
* Offers and suggest products depending on Client’s needs.
* Invite customers to return and offer coupons and other perks to incentivize the client.
Communicates information regarding product availability and help the customers with merchandise
selection;
* Accountable for selling products and providing excellent customer service;
* Greets and cooperates with customers and monitors customers regularly to help the store in loss
prevention;
* Maintain the look of store, restocking shelves, dusting, cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors as required;
* Answer the phone in a pleasant and caring way;
* Participating in counting store's physical inventory;
* Handling cash, change, charge and operates the cash register using Point of Sales or Manual Receipt;
* Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually.
* Organize merchandise pricing, signage and coding.
