Kuwait Radio Broadcasting at Kabad, Kuwait is the main radio transmitting station of the state of kuwait, having five high power shortwave radio, two medium wave and FM radio transmitters and all electrical and mechanical subsystems. The station also has the first turn curtain antenna in the gulf apart from thirty other types of shoert wave antennas.
My Role as Shift Engineer was to make sure an interruption free operation with proper preventive and corrective maintenace work. Involved in all transmitter planning (with MOI), Installation & Commissioning (with ABB, Thales, NEC, Continental electronics) companies.
Maintenance of high power vacuum tetrodes like CQK 650, CTK 12, Emiac tubes in radio transmitters,

M/S Fillippo Fochi Petrochimica, an italian company involved in the demolition and reconstruction of large capacity oil tanks for the Doha tank farm project under the Ministry of Electricity & water, Kuwait.
