Responsible for co-ordinating moving requirements from local import & export accounts.
* Responsible for import & exporting of pet animals.
* Responsible in keeping record for labor& work report.
* Handle customer client inquiries (inbound & outbound).

* Handling all in Operations related to Air Shipments.
* Assisting Airfreight Department with rate request for clients related to Logistics/Moving/ Pet Departments.
* Providing leadership in setting key management standards and values for Administration Department.
* Initiating close coordination with Warehouse, Airfreight and Sea freight Department particularly for quotation
requests and follow up. Furnishing reports tomanagement regarding daily task of team members and billing of
shipments.
Managed correct weight and account number of manifests. Printed outbound report
and reconciled the same to achieved 100% accuracy.
* Checked daily manifest and reconciled with total inbound volume. Entered outbound
shipment data in system.
* Printed POD and DEXP report to ensure no duplicated entries in the system.
* Uploaded scanned data to system. Liaised with GRASP-Help Desk fortechnical assistance whenever file transfer
in unsuccessful after several attempts.
* Fostered smooth flow of communication and reports from Iraq bases to Dubai office.
* Generated inbound POD reports basing from information received which to be furnished to management every
1st and 16th of the month.
Overseen overall operation, closely watched areas needed for improvement and established performance /
quality standards to provide top quality experience to customers.
* Processed Legacy & HSBC SME policies including release and renewal thereof.
* Communicated to UK clients regarding implementation of policies. Enhanced business
and UK market knowledge by studying policy booklets and other related material.
* Facilitated trainings for reports preparations and other statement drafting which were
needed by management in apprising operations. Also conducted developmental activities to honed team’s
knowledge and skills.
* Fostered camaraderie between team members through strategies developed and duly employed for group
discussion and sharing of knowledge. Monitored said activities and provided feedback on areas for
