Presently, i am working as Master Technical Engineer in the Department of Field Operation and Technical Training. We handles Process improvement, Business planning and focusing in developing Kaizen culture in Dealerships through Auditing, Training and Operations Management for both Toyota and Lexus Dealerships. My Job Role includes:
1. B&P TSM Kodawari Promoter - Evaluator trainings & cultivate Body and Paint SGA Activities to prevent deteriorations.
2. TSM FIR & Toyota Service + implementation and Yokoten activities team member
3. Analyze Deterioration Areas and develop countermeasures at dealerships.
4. KAIZEN Culture Development Activities in all Dealerships.
5. SAP Implementation, SAP HEC migration support & Upgrade core team member.
6. SAP system business support to all service branches.
Worked as a Quality assurer a short period of time for Additional Skill Acquisition Programme, an initiative of Government of education, Kerala.

As a Quality Assurer, the job profile inculdes the Auditing & assurance of Quality levels of Skill Development Courses for Higher Secondary students, which conducted under the supervision of Additional Skill Acquisition Program Managers.
Report should prepared based on the auditing conducted, and submit the report monthly to Government of Kerala, Education Department.
