• Managed Operations and Contractual requirement for 108k m2 of Fire Proofing, Scaffolding & Painting Works for Al Zour New Refinery Project in Kuwait with KIPIC along with our client TSHJV. 2018 - 2019
• Project In-Charge for Omnex - International Consulting, Training and Software Development Company for their project - Implementation of Lean Six Sigma Training with Kuwait Oil Company, April 2015.
• Managed the first single largest Fire Proofing Works 72, 500 sq mtrs with Kuwait Oil Company covering 14 Gathering Centers and 2 Booster Stations across South & East Kuwait Areas. 2012 - 2017
• Executed successful contracts worth more than USD $33M with KOC, KNPC, JO for Gas & Pipeline projects (CMEI works) and the US Army
• Increased productivity 20% while optimising head count levels 10%
• Recruited and formed a new workforce of 350+ full time employees for the engineering division
