 Preparation of Planning Package (P6 schedule, Progress Monitoring System-S Curves, DDR, Procurement Schedule, Manpower & Equipment Rolling Plans & Histograms)

 Monitor and control Subcontract invoicing and performance, Manpower/Equipment Utilization, project costing through the use of SAP.
 Provide projections and monitor manpower/equipment utlization.
 Liaison with client and subcontractors.
 Attend weekly progress meetings and commissioning meetings with client.

 EPIC of Conversion of Condensate Tank T - 13 for Gasoline Service, Gas Operations, Mesaieed.
 Doha South Sewage Treatment Works, PH-II Expansion, Doha, Qatar.
 Replacement of Halon System at QP Refinery, Mesaieed, Qatar (Present)

Preparation of MEP construction and maintenance schedules, day to day planning of activities, manpower and equipment allocation, prepare look-ahead schedules, plan and submit timely activity plans for the day and week with the Managing Partner of the company and monitor daily progress and attend progress meetings with client & consultants. Prompt communication and monitoring of purchase, construction & design schedules and report in case of slippages, derive quantum of work for the project and thereby plan the manpower required for the various fixes.Projects Involved: MEP packages of 3 running projects such as Platinum Towers- Jumeriah Lake Towers (4B+G+44), Construction of 525 Villas at Jumeirah Park, Construction of Ivory Grand Project (3B+G+14) Barsha and Construction of Q&M blocks of Meydan Business Park, Dubai.

• Worked as Planning Engineer for Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG, Oman from November 2010 to August 2011.
o Duties:
 Prepared and submitted Planning Schedule in Primavera P6 for MEP activities of Ras Al Hadd Airport Project (AGL & MEP packages of Airfield), incorporated with civil program and gained approval from consultant and client.
 Attend Weekly and Monthly Progress meetings with Consultant & Client
 Prepared and tracked the Material Submittals (AGL & MEP) for Mechanical & Electrical materials for the Ras Al Hadd Airport Project.
 Preparation of monthly progress reports for consultant and client for Ras Al Hadd Airport project, Wudam Naval Jetty Project, various substation projects and other MEP projects the unit handled.
 Preparation and updating of monthly internal MIS reports such as Commodity reviews, Business plans, Project Performance reports (Financial & Physical Progress), Turn-Around Documents & S-Curves, Manpower/Plant utilization/projections, look-ahead reports derived from updated schedules and report the above to Mechanical Manager, Senior Project Managers and Unit Planner.

• Undergone an internship programme at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, Bangalore on Effluent Treatment/Water Management from May 2009-July 2009. It was a part of the curriculum in the coursework undertaken i.e. Post Graduate Diploma in Infrastructure Management. Prepared and submitted a thesis/case study on Effluent Treatment & Water management and impact on the environment in Engineering Organizations

• Worked from August 2004 till August 2008 for the contracting company, M/s M.M Babu and Contractors at Kochi Refineries Limited (K.R.L).
o Out of the 4 years of service, worked the first year as Mechanical Site Engineer. Duties involved site supervision, study of the work and inspect work is done according to specifications, report to Manager about progress and achieve targets of daily work progress targets, obtain permits for site works etc.
o The last 3 years as Planning Engineer. Duties involved preparing and updating construction and maintenance schedules on MS Office Project and Primavera, Prepare Material/Plant utilization/projections, coordinate with the site team on daily progress of activities and report to the Manager of whether activities are moving as per schedule and achieving targets
