DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing Deliverables and submittals of Contractors such as CSSP, HIP, ERP, and other Saudi Aramco required documents.
Provide advice and consultation to department staff and contractor to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions.
Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections of physical conditions and safe work practices.
Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.
Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and contractor activities.
Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepares written reports and recommendations.
Develop recommended controls for identified hazards. Coordinate the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommends changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.
Prepare safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures.
Report incident directly to supervisor and site area supervisor of contractor
Notify management of any IDLH identified and provide immediate action and response
Follow-ups action;
Collect all deliverables reports and corrective action report from contractors
Monitor the implementation of contractor safety program (CSSP)
Ensure all actual works on site are provided with the internal WP.
Ensure safety officer, supervisor, manager of contractor is doing their responsibilities and present on site.
Monitor contractor is doing a meeting, trainings, toolbox talk daily and weekly
Verify on site if the necessary resources are provided by the contractor to the workers
Inspect the camp and offices of contractor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, Plan, Draft and recommend process safety and health management directives; and maintain safety related manuals, including preparation and distribution of appropriate updates.
Implementing new standards and requirements. Preparation of all documentation required for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certification
Conduct and supervise facility and site inspections, job hazards analyses and other
evaluations to identify hazards and potential risks. Make recommendations to Management representative and managers as required and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Conduct audits of corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations and corrective action.
Conduct surprise and surveillance audit in each unit for HSE compliance.
Represent the Company in inspections and hearings conducted by Safety Auditing Bodies and other regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance and implementing HSE requirements.
Liaise with government authorities during inspection on behalf of the individual company
Attend HSE committee meeting to individual company of the group.
Train the supervisors on HSE requirements in each unit.

Ensure that all plant units are subjected periodically to process safety and risk assessment studies.
Implementation of corporate, divisional and regulatory HSE requirements.
Implementation of Client HSE requirements.
Implementing new standards and requirements.
Responsible for HSE documentation ensuring company and regulatory procedures and standards requirements are adequately accounted.
Ensuring preparedness for corporate and divisional audit
Preparing and imparting training material for all HSE training
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance
Accident and Incident investigation and reporting
Review and update HSE documents
Auditing plants for compliance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coordinate safety at all working locations,
Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards. Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences.
Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
Maintaining proper records. Recording and investigating and accidents or incidents.
Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends.
Making regular site inspections. Carrying out safety inspections.
