Working as a Business Development Manager
1. Making appropriate Quotation, PO, Contract agreement, tendering.
2. Signing the valid document on the behalf of company.
3. Meetings with new clients, verification and research of new platforms (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & IT).
4. Working with MEW project, based on electrical MEW works like cable Termination, cable pulling, testing & installation,
5. MPW Civil projects including construction and earth works.
6. Mechanical works including piping, fabrication and supply of heavy and light structures.
7. Arranging subcontractors and negotiation.
8. Arranging materials and equipment required for projects.
9. Sourcing and Purchasing of materials.
10. Trading.
11. Monitoring and implementing ISO 9001:2015 policies and Standards.
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-Business support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
10. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
11. Research and build relationships with new clients.
12. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
13. Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
14. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
15. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
16. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
To check the business strategies, motivate team members, arrange meeting, business development, check over all setup of business.
Give proper advice to US clients to develop business, workout new ideas, Business support, meet client requirement, business closing. The support was given to Sears, which is one of the biggest store outlets in US.
